Assuming you had made a backup of your wallet by going to File> Backup Wallet restoring is rather simple.
When you reinstall Dogecoin Wallet, simply place the backed up wallet file in %appdata%\Dogecoin and overwrite the new one.
Now, when you launch Dogecoin do it from the command line and run dogecoin-qt.exe -rescan
Easy!
